Enforcing honking violations has been a difficult task for the City of New York. Now, with your iPhone or iPad you can capture honkers in the act, providing a record of these incidents as they happen. Join the Honk Patrol and help put an end to noise pollution in our neighborhoods.
Contributing is quick and easy. First, capture the honker on video. Next, describe the vehicle and pinpoint your location. Finally, upload your report to the Honk Patrol website and help create a high fidelity map of honk pollution in our city.
